You will need your employee credentials to do so, and you can also request the change of the password by using your username and provided OTP.

If you’re newly joined employee or do not have the login ID details, you can contact your Head Branch to generate the IDs for you. You may have to submit the essential documentation and wait for 7 working days to get your User ID and Password.
